Pro's: Hard to go wrong with a breakfast buffet. Service was good. Prices were fair. Con's: Facility was a little dim and could stand to be renovated. Summary: Had a great breakfast for a fair price. The service was attentive and quick. A good experience, will be back.

Terrible service, slow cooks that don't know how to cook. And there was hardly anyone in there can't imagine what their going to do when it gets busy. I know it's tempting to pull in here for a quick bite but don't there is better food in saint Ignace

Stood there for more than 5 min. Four cars in parking, it was 8 at night. Saw 4 staff, who clearly saw us. They never acknowledged us and we never got seated. We left!! We had been on the road for 10 hours! Now how I want to be treated.

This place was very disappointing. I was expecting hot comfort food, nothing over-the-top. Our food took 45 minutes to be delivered and the waitress explained that the cooks were new and the kitchen was really backed up. That would be ok, if it was worth waiting for. One person I was with got eggs benedict without the hollandaise sauce. The waitress said that they were out but were going to the store to get more. Why would you serve an incomplete meal without asking if it was acceptable? Or send someone from an already slow kitchen to the store when you can just make more? I received dry, flat eggs that were folded over and topped with a melted American cheese slice. Seriously. Not even an attempt to cut it up and make it look like real cheese. To top it all off, the restrooms were gross and one stall was overflowing. When I was checking out, I asked the waitress at the counter if they were really behind or busy today, trying to give them a break. She said, "Nope, we were much busier yesterday!" Alright. We will never go back here.

Awful. Waited almost 30 minutes just to get asked what we wanted to drink then had to ask the hostess twice for a waitress/waiter. Manager kept telling us service would only be ten more minutes... we left 45 minutes later when they apparently had our food ready. Didn't bother to stick around to see if the orders were correct. Avoid this one at all costs.

We live in metro detroit area michigan and we went on a road trip to Uppper peninsula over the weekend.On our way back, we decided to stop by Big boy for Lunch. After taking the orders, the server Jessica came back and told us there is no sausage gravy for southern omlette.We said its fine. She said Ok. She never came back for half an hour to check whether we need drinks,refills or to give us an update on the order. Then we saw people who came after us got their food. Later we told another server it is getting late.We had a hungry 2 yr old with us who was getting restless.After 45 mins, we saw jessica and we called her.She said she will come in a minute and she walked away. Then in 1 hour she served food, with no apologies for delay. We ordered cajun alfredo pasta and it looked like an alfredo/penne pasta.It didnt look like there was any cajun seasoning. Overall very bad experience, we ended up spending one and a half hour in the restaurant before our 5 hr drive back home .I am never ever going to any big boy's anymore!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! We waited 4 minutes to have someone acknowledge we were even there, another 10 minutes to get drinks, and we watched our food sit and get cold in the window. It was not busy, but the staff could not handle the few people that were there. They obviously don't care about repeat business because when we complained, the manager said there was nothing he could do.
